ROSE’S TOP THREE PRIORITIES ARE: BUILD THE TOWN CENTER, REBUILD OUR LIBRARY, AND RESTORE PUBLIC TRUST.
- Rose will get to the bottom of why the Town Center Project is languishing. We must build the Town Center to grow our revenues base, attract new business, and bring local jobs back to our city.
- Rose will oppose any further delays and work to rebuild our library.
- Rose will restore public trust. Rose will listen and tell the truth. The public has been kept in the dark and given misinformation for far too long and Rose will put an end to that.
BETTER NEIGHBORHOODS AND CITY IMPROVEMENTS
- Rose will work to provide our city with safe streets, neighborhoods, and schools.
- Rose will work with our county officials to protect our environment by getting sewers into the areas that are in dire need of them.
- Rose knows that in order to make progress city council members must work with other elected officials at all levels. Rose will not support high-priced lobbyists sucking up our tax dollars doing the job of our elected officials and city management staff.
COUNCIL PERFORMANCE
- Rose is listening to you; Rose is representing you; Rose is answering to you…whether or not it is an election year!
- Rose is working for our values and protecting our priorities while holding government accountable.
- Rose is a community leader and volunteer who knows a disciplined approach will bring more accountability to government and better results for families and businesses.
OUR ECONOMY
- Rose knows we must boost our economy to provide tax relief for our citizens.
- Rose will work to create new jobs by supporting existing businesses and attracting new businesses to our city.
- Rose will work to help FINALLY build our Town Center.
